Being an anarchist is not actually illegal. Being an agitator is not actually illegal. Trying to use either one of those characterization as a reason for denying people their rights - THAT is what’s illegal.

yeah I think he was confusing the philosophy of anarchy with the actions law breaking and property damage. I would like to say I think being an agitator does give you legal culpability. we are finding a lot of the people rioting are in fact WS agitators trying to derail BLM.

There are always jerks involving themselves in any movement. There are always people who aren’t who they appear to be. That’s part of anything like this. But that’s not a reason to suspend our constitutional rights.

however when an agitator hijacks a peaceful protest generally they themselves are doing the violence to create the chaos. its because of them the riot police come and normally they are working with the police to do just that. so they can appeal to congress to stifle our rights.
