Being an anarchist is not actually illegal. Being an agitator is not actually illegal. Trying to use either one of those characterization as a reason for denying people their rights - THAT is what’s illegal.

Of course it is. But that’s not what thousands of people in the streets of Portland are doing. They are there because they want the feds to go home, to get out of their town. The feds have done more to incite violence than to quell it.
