Being an anarchist is not actually illegal. Being an agitator is not actually illegal. Trying to use either one of those characterization as a reason for denying people their rights - THAT is what’s illegal.

I love the energy you're bringing but let's please not focus on legality when criticizing fascism. Our country does many atrocities to its people that are perfectly legal, as have other fascist governments. Legality is not the reason this is bad
