Being an anarchist is not actually illegal. Being an agitator is not actually illegal. Trying to use either one of those characterization as a reason for denying people their rights - THAT is what’s illegal.

Do you think these riots will actually lead to peace and a better world? “Attack is never justified” - ACIM

yeah I think he was confusing the philosophy of anarchy with the actions law breaking and property damage. I would like to say I think being an agitator does give you legal culpability. we are finding a lot of the people rioting are in fact WS agitators trying to derail BLM.

There are always jerks involving themselves in any movement. There are always people who aren’t who they appear to be. That’s part of anything like this. But that’s not a reason to suspend our constitutional rights.

And defending the worst behavior in people is why your party will lose. Virtue signal all you want, but America as a whole doesn't like rioters & looters or those who demonize those of us willing to take a stand for law, order, & civility. You'll find that out in a few months.

We would rather take a stand for the Constitution, and so should you. Thousands of people gathered in the street to protest federal agents being in their town abusing their fellow citizens are not rioters.

WOW. Marianne should lose every last supporter she has for this comment. No one actually has the right to agitate and disrupt the lives of others. And yes, you do lose rights when behaving unlawfully.
