Why does someone think that they get to put on an "observer vest" and then they control the actions of law enforcment? Without context, this pic is meaningless. Pics, words, and sentences, have no meaning without context, and "activists" are overdramatic about their arrests.

Be peaceful and civilized and this won't happen. Oh, but that's asking too much.

Our government is to provide the safety of #LawAndOrder protecting citizens from each other and from foreign foes When local officials take responsibility and restore #LawAndOrder only then will the government relinquish control/policing back to the states🇺🇸
