The very rich in America have gotten so used to receiving more that they can’t imagine receiving less & the poor in America have gotten so used to receiving less that they can’t imagine receiving more. The former commands power while the latter still begs for crumbs. It’s wrong.

Zero Sum logical fallacy. There aren’t only x slices of pie- the pie gets bigger every year. The wealthy can continue to get more pie, just at a slower rate. That’s all that’s being asked. The longer no action is taken, the more calls will be had for actually taking the pie
