Why would a Dem President or Mayor ever have to do that? Conservatives don't riot, loot, set fire to everything & destroy property. They don't attack police w/fireworks, pipe bombs, lasers, molotov cocktails or set their cars on fires. Only the crazy liberals do that, that's why.

Kind of hard to imagine Republicans excusing the violence we're seeing in these long time Democrat run cities. A lot of young innocents are being hurt bad in these Democratic enclaves. I'm really surprised you of all people don't have more compassion for them.

The more you shill for the left, the further away from what made you an appealing Pres. candidate, uniting and new ideas. This country needs vision for a better future laid out with ideas people can get behind, not pretending to know what the other side would have done.

If a Democrat did what Barr and Trump are doing, but explicitly in Republican areas, the response would hardly be mostly peaceful protests with some graffiti and looting here and there. Armed battles with actual guns would be taking place.
