Since the states did the lockdowns, not the federal government, wouldn't it make more sense to have the states provide the stimulus payments?
I never received the original $1200 Economic Impact Check from IRS, and IRS provides no info. I contacted my US Senator's office and was informed that many citizens called her office with the exact same complaint.
