You put a federal cop on every other street corner in the west and south side. You arrest the felons on federal gun chargers, and get get them off the street.

If you don’t have a police force, how do you adhere to guidelines and enforce regulations? You can not expect a community to stay safe if everyone is free to enforce their own rules. How does one eradicate human suffering if there is no law to create justice?
