1/ One of the mistakes on the Left is that we’ve allowed others to control the narrative, largely by surrendering the use of basic words like patriotism, tyranny, freedom & morality. We tell the facts, or explain our experience, often without framing them enough.

Marianne, a question: I am thinking that now the protests may be empowering Trump to build his ‘army’. I watched the movie about Waco & was heartbroken watching both sides inability to put down their ‘weapons’...the end was so foreseeable and so tragic. False equivalency?
