1/ One of the mistakes on the Left is that we’ve allowed others to control the narrative, largely by surrendering the use of basic words like patriotism, tyranny, freedom & morality. We tell the facts, or explain our experience, often without framing them enough.

So let’s be clear: 1) We’re standing up to the police invasion of American cities because it’s TYRANNY. 2) We’re doing so because we’re PATRIOTIC. 3) We’re doing so because we LOVE OUR FREEDOM and 4) To do nothing in the face of injustice is IMMORAL.

That's ridiculous. The Left owns the media and the narrative. You're losing because Americans reject your message of anarchy and governmental dependence.

Yup.
We also need to describe how our policies will help families to thrive, protect all our rights, including freedom of religion and speech for all.

Dear, Marianne. You are not who you think you are. And they are not who you think they are. See what’s real. 👀🙏🏻

So true! For everything there is an emotional truth and a factual truth. Too easy to retreat to the cold comfort of the factual truth and forget that we are humans first, emotions and all. Not addressing the emotional truth has ceded the field to those who twist emotions

You absolutely correct We need to emphasize those words because the Right has basically claimed them as theirs

The right uses those words to create false narratives because their base loves buzzwords more than actual research and truth. I hope the left doesn’t resort to that kind of BS rhetoric.

The big mistake of the left is they keep voting for the GOP policies. The dark side of that is they vote with the right on the worst of the issues!
