1/ If riots or any other type of emergency is going on in a state, a governor can ask for federal help. If they don’t, it’s because they don’t believe the situation warrants it.

How does your average innocent , law abiding citizen that wants no part in any of this nonsense "deal with" all this chaos? Consider the elderly, the disabled, the sick, the ppl that are just trying to make it to work safely and provide for their families....
