We care a lot when we see one child suffer. But there's a weird cognitive dissonance when it comes to millions of them. It becomes blurred, as though the sheer magnitude of the problem makes it seem less rather than more urgent and ourselves powerless instead of empowered to fix.

To help one child or one person you might give them money or clothing or something like that ... to help all of them ... you must support the change makers ... and VOTE!

There is an incredible amount of unnecessary suffering among our children that needs to stop! The trauma is horrific.. just as severe as war veterans! It’s overwhelming when you think of the multitude that need to be helped! Jesus fed the multitude! They deserve so much more! 🙏

same with the covid death count, the higher it gets, the less ppl seem to care.

I've noticed the same psychological effect happening when it comes to the environment. You lose a finger, or your pet dies, and that's tragic. But millions of animals die due to pollution/climate change and "nature will eventually heal itself" so we don't have to worry about it.

Are you talking about the aborted babies who endure live vivisection?
