It's quite the opposite. If more people had voted for the lesser of two evils last time, Trump would never have become president.

Maybe Trump wouldn't have become President. Instead, we'd have the person who celebrated her sale of arms to Saudi Arabia to commit genocide in Yemen, who pressured Haiti to reduce their $0.61/hr min wage, who lobbied for war in Iraq. And now we'd be getting Trump on steroids.
