It's quite the opposite. If more people had voted for the lesser of two evils last time, Trump would never have become president.

Actually it's decades of less evil voting that enabled the move to the right and enabled the rise of Trump.

We keep dancing around the core issue - incremental change is not good enough. People suffer and die as a result. We are at a juncture of choosing one path or another. We need people committed to change, not just using symbolism to fool voters.

If... if... if. Here's an "if" statement which is more akin to how representative democracies are supposed to work: If more people had voted their values; for the most progressive candidates up-&-down-ballot, Trump wouldn't be Pres. "Playing the odds" has FAILED for 40 yrs.
