5 Reasons I left the Democratic party: 1. @JoeBiden 2. @SpeakerPelosi 3. They refuse to support #MedicareForAll despite the fact that 88% of Democratic voters do. 4. They are NOT “for the people.” They are for their corporate donors. 5. The “lesser of 2 evils” is still EVIL.

I think some people don't understand that if you keep voting for the lesser evil, you end up with a Trump like figure.

It's quite the opposite. If more people had voted for the lesser of two evils last time, Trump would never have become president.

That’s exactly the point. People are not excited about voting a lesser evil. They don’t vote.

If the will of the voters had been carried out Hillary wouldn't have gotten the nominated and wouldn't have been able to fail us.
Uhh no hun. More voted though at the wrong states. In the end, those who didn't vote loathed both choices. Were still playing the same BS four years later.

Trump screws up most of his own plans I don't fear that. Most of the Democratic Base completely goes to sleep once a Democrat is President that I fear. No pressure, no demands, no accountability. If Trump weren't in office Clinton would be doing her own damage no doubt in my mind

But I’ve voted my whole life for the lesser of two evil Dem and both parties keep moving right and getting more evil. Bush was an existential threat but now Obama says he had respect for the rule of law. GOP extremism keeps getting rewarded. Who’s next Liz Cheney? It’s not working

Electoral reform is one of the most important & fundamental issues, because a more democratic system is the means to achieve ALL other issues. Voting for neoliberals perpetuates & amplifies neoliberalism & ruins any chance of meaningful electoral reform; i.e.: democracy.
Lol Marianne actually believes there was/is a lesser of two evils 🤣🤣
maybe one of the parties should try running a candidate that isn't evil
Let me squash that in 2016 you had a bunch of non-voters who were sick of the system and their choices because their lives would be no different under either. Both would be incompetent stooges that don't work for the people so why bother theintercept.com/2020/04/09/…
