2/ We have millions of chronically traumatized children. 13 million hungry kids, millions in schools where they don’t learn to read, millions with PTSD from simply living in their neighborhoods, sex trafficking, violent abuse at home etc. Current system an inadequate response.

First step is setting up proper police/ health care. Can give horror stories dealing with police and unstable 11 yr old with known condition and I litteraly jumped in front of cop from shooting her service dog because policy is police have to call hospital for intake
