You *might* be right. There isn’t an easy answer. Most families rely on two incomes. If you’re right, would daycares prevent “catastrophic outbreaks?” Should families temporarily, perhaps permanently, sacrifice an income source? What plan prevents outbreaks AND pays bills?

Also re lack of guidelines for obviously forseeable infection vectors ... have you seen anything about covid precautions for evacuation centers when, like every year, many thousands of Americans are directed to them to flee this year’s fires, floods, hurricanes & earthquakes?
