I’ll tell you who needs to hear it, Robert. Every. Single. American.
I don't know who needs to hear this, but fifteen states now spend $27,000 more per person in prison than they do per student.

Wow. Keyword in the statement is "more" per person. At this point in my life, I'd be happy if I even made $27K a year. We need a complete #defund of our government to realign with the source of our very existence. #empathy, we are feeling beings. Lift each other, don't suppress.

Our history of “tough on crime” laws have been attributed to America becoming the most incarcerated nation in the industrialized world. These laws disproportionately affect minorities and low-income communities. mariannenow.com/issues/crimi…

We need to eliminate mandatory sentencing ... then we need to release everyone that's in jail for low level ... non-violent crimes ... those would be a huge start!
Get this out there! This information is true! I taught in a state correctional facility and the money it takes to keep a person in prison is astounding! Our kids need this money to go to college and come out thriving not strapped with debt! What’s wrong with this picture? We know

I fully agree. Amplify it from the G5 towers!!! Far and wide. It's all a mess and now is a unique time to get some medics in, eh.
