1/ A lot of talk about how they want to reopen schools because our children are being mentally harmed by “social isolation.” I guess we should just skip summer vacation from now on then, huh? “Family values” people seem so nervous now about kids spending time with their families!

2/ They’re not talking about how to re-open school safely. Nothing about masks for the kids, or PPE, or social distancing. Such an unbelievable hypocrisy, risking the health of our children so we can reopen the economy ... all so someone can more easily win an election.

Teachers have to buy their own school supplies for children because we cannot seem to afford to properly fund education. Will teachers have to provide masks and hand sanitizer too?
