It’s not incapable at all. The problem is who it’s working for at the moment, we need to change that. It should be working for the people.

Spending is irresponsible (if I’m being nice) at all levels of gov with many states looking at bankruptcy, not to mention our $25T+ debt. Do you have a particular city of state you can point to as a model to emulate? I just don’t see it anywhere except in people’s imaginations.
