So many schools are planning a hybrid model with students going only 2-3 days a week to allow distancing. This idea that distancing should be reduced to allow students to be at school 5 days needs to be priority.

No one in Washington state cares. Our state superintendent released guidelines based of doh requirements. They each point the blame on 6 ft distancing requirements on each other.

I'm certain they will cite cdc over aap. Cdc needs to get their act together about schools. Other countries made schools opening a national priority, we need to follow.

Those "other countries" also handled the virus intelligently, so that when the time came they COULD re-open the schools. We're in a free fall with this virus and simply acting like we're not.
