As important as it is to remove Confederate statues, a capitalist system untethered to ethical consideration of people & planet doesn’t really care. The fundamental critique of a sociopathic matrix of economic & political power has got to go deeper or it will just absorb the rage

Your words are inspirational. However your actual plan to change anything is so hypothetical it is invisible.

Question: If time travel becomes possible, should we use it to prevent slavery from ever having occurred?

There's actually no such thing as a "capitalist system". Capitalism is merely an unproven theory. It was postulated by philosophers & weaponized by rightists as a modern religion. It's time to use your critical thinking skills about Econ. What are the components of this system?

Until we open up our Hearts to The Healing Love coming from The Source Of Our Being and make the long overdue transformation from fear to Love within our own psyches, tearing down statues on the outside of ourselves will not prevent our own ego distorted self destruction.

Screw the burning of the books stuff. Though did question when saw Hank Williams bust, "wonder what he thinks of that?" Recall photo of him with white hat looking 70+, then hearing years latter he died around age 33.

Removing Confederate statues is important, but not enough. Capitalism lacks ethics in caring for people and the planet. Protesting the sociopathic intersection of economic interests and politics is too superficial and just absorbs the rage.

Capitalism is inherently tied the the morality of its operators. It’s not capitalism that has lost its morality - it’s us.

Yes ... while removing statues does have merit ... they are also a distraction from what the real problem is ... Money ... money controlling our Government ... and consequently ... controlling our lives!
