There are issues of private morality and issues of public morality. Traditionally the Right concerns itself more with private morality and the Left more with public morality. Economics is a moral issue. Equality is a moral issue. Justice is a moral issue. War is a moral issue.

Sure we all need money to live on. The problem is that money has become more important than human life and all forms of life. There is an imbalance here and nothing will resolve it until we value the precious gift of life, the Earth, and God in all His/Her forms.

The political right in America lost all semblance of conservativism decades ago. They now pitch false values and profit while dragging us into a moral cesspool that's dissolving all decency and justice. #tRumpPenceOutNow #EndGOP

Conservatives tend to be Virtue Ethicists or Deontologists because it means they can still think of themselves as being good people without doing good in the world, all they need is claim that they have good intentions. Also they see the Kantian imperative as cover to insult ppl
