It’s just another means by which Big Pharma loots Americans, privately, and America, publicly, everyday. Meanwhile, Congress - many of whom own Pharma stocks & take in Pharma donations - sits idly by watching Americans suffer and die & the nation go broke.

This allows these companies stock price to be way high and then they can gobble up smaller companies and startups, leading to the oligarchal monopoly we see today in most economic sectors. It is a rigged and very morally corrupt economic system.
