I wouldn't call it "error." That implies that the failure arose passively out of negligence. There is intention behind this failure. There are too many who actively seek out destruction. No more gray area. If you don't choose love, you choose hate.

We WERE negligent. Look at the relatively small number of people in the United States who actually vote.

Those who would vote are often not given the option to vote for someone who represents love and compassion. In the rare instance we are, there is an intentional, malignant campaign to squelch that option through misinformation, voter suppression and disenfranchisement.
