Gandhi said “the problem with the world is that humanity is not in its right mind.” The vast majority of the world’s problems are caused by human error; the reason systems that have failed us is because people have failed to guide the systems from a place of compassion and love.

I wouldn't call it "error." That implies that the failure arose passively out of negligence. There is intention behind this failure. There are too many who actively seek out destruction. No more gray area. If you don't choose love, you choose hate.

We WERE negligent. Look at the relatively small number of people in the United States who actually vote.

The problem is evil, of course. There will always be the opposites of compassion and love. We wouldn't know either without the other. We were all born knowing right from wrong, love from hate and light from darkness. We must lead and choose leaders from that place of love.

"The vast majority of the world's problems are caused by human error" ... I Agree ... Even the weather and our violent storms are caused by us!
