It takes emotional/psychological/ intellectual fortitude to wage a political revolution. They assume we’ll get tired & give up; that’s their strategy. Take short naps (cry for an hour or two, take a day off to do dumb things), pace yourself, rise up the next day & go at it again.

Might I also suggest a deep dive into Internal Family Systems therapy and Attachment Theory? The more we heal our own woundedness, the higher we resonate and elevate the collective consciousness. :)

Exactly. I am organizing a grassroots Oneness Summit to talk about this very issue, among other issues we're dealing with collectively. If you are interested in learning more, please let me know. 🙏🏼❤️✨

Your opponents are using this time to organize and train to oppose the tactics you are using. But get some good sleep. " emotional/psychological/ intellectual fortitude" comes from organizing for demands, creating strategy, implementing tactics, voting, and winning. Naps?
