Why only 10%?

Do people know that Republicans just over turned the Dobb frank rule that stop banks from spending money they don't have. Didn't that almost Bankrupt the United States. But they don't want to help out Americans.

I suspect 10% could be saved without any actual reductions simply by way of greater * oversight * waste cutting * elimination of over-priced purchases & contracts.

It's revolutionary he talks about this. Everyone -- even dems as @ewarren etc. always signed OK with these budgets. @BernieSanders is bold on the issue and talking about #USA being in despair.
