1/ I was on a plane once when turbulence got bad and the pilot came on to say, “Well we can look at this one of two ways. We can look at it like the glass is half empty or we can look at it like the glass is half full.” Passengers looked at each other in total disbelief & horror.

2/ Even day I can’t believe he said that, but the plane landed safely. Our country is going through turbulence & we can definitely look at it in one of two ways. Both are true: our democracy is under assault & the people are waking up. But the people will win; our plane will land

We are a representative republic—a democracy would have folded by now. We need to insist on the limited government powers and liberty recognized in our constitution.
