His team of advisors, employees, and ministers are supposed to work for him, enforce his agenda and improve the country. Not undermine him and focus on illogical investigations that shouldn't have been initiated in the first place.

That sounds like fascism. Nazis also fell into line and made that regime's version of "improve the country".
