He shouldn’t have been killed but he also shouldn’t have taken the taser from the cop, tried to run away and shot the taser at the cop. This isn’t a clear case of police wrongdoing. Still a tragedy he lost his life. Policing policy needs reform.

True, the police are not judge and jury. The intensity of handling cases on site is a significant challenge and the police policy needs to protect the citizen as well as uphold reasonable law. Video showed the person running away but turning back to fire the taser, so...

I definitely agree that his actions should not have ended in a fatality but when you shoot a taser at a cop it’s to be expected they may shoot back at you. Why did they guy even do all that if he was just asleep in the drive through?? Police procedures need reform & oversight.

I can understand that but resisting the arrest is not the wise move to make. I found some video of the incident and it includes one man’s perspective.
