The government shouldn't take away anybody's voting rights to begin with anyways. That's authoritarian.

With the way charged people take pleas to avoid hassle, and African Americans are policed and charged at a higher rate why should people lose their right to vote. This disproportionately affects PoCs. They are still cotizens
