I only see 3 women proposing this in Congress. I don't see a groundswell of other congresspersons in either house jumping on board as should have already been the case. So.....

Why do we even need a military? I'm sure that as soon as we get rid of our armed forces, everyone else will as well, and peace will spontaneously break out.
