Wow, I've never heard of drunk drivers just getting a ticket instead of being arrested.

This happened at my work. Young white woman on drugs. She goes out to her car and passes out behind the wheel. We call the cops whose station is literally right behind our building. Cop pulls up and talks to her from their car through the window. Cop drives off 30 secs later. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Would you have overpowered/assaulted two officers and taken an officer's weapon?

I once fell asleep in the parking lot of a McDonalds (I moved across the country & tried to not stop). Police came to my window around 2AM & gently woke me up. I explained the situation & they said they’d watch over the area for a few more hours to keep me safe. #whiteprivilege
