Considering Biden was instrumental in getting Scalia and Thomas placed on the SCOTUS I really don't see that as an argument in his favor. Joe would nominate terrible people as well.

Obama had a SCOTUS pick while in office. He didn’t get to fill it because Mitch McConnell said “no”. And yet many Democrats still act like they will stand up to the Republican Party. Why should I believe that? Until they acknowledge that trump people are fascists I mean?
