I’m all for disbanding police departments as they now exist but we need to remember a piece of history. When the US invaded Iraq we disbanded their army, and those former army forces created ISIS. The last thing we need is thousands of angry excops forming a militia of their own.

Chr**t I thought of that too. I really hoped it would remain in the recesses of my imagination but it’s bound to happen. Most likely whatever members of any white supremacy groups who were in the police force will be motivated to pull an Isis whether their aware of it or not.
Lol I wish then we can actually fight them and they can’t hide behind their badge
This is only gonna end badly
If they do then treat them like ASIS Terrorist. We have so many on mass shooting. .. In the church, cinemas and schools. Are you afraid of them?
Lot of smooth brains on twitter huh?

You really ARE a kook. What happened to peace-and-love hippie Marianne?
Maybe that's exactly what we need. A cleansing of the gene pool.
I’m confused. No police? So do I need my FOID card and in case someone breaks not my house and there are no police? Or do I even need the card since there’s really no law enforcement?
This analogy is awful. We aren’t taking their homes, families and livelihoods away. People don’t get radicalized by just getting fired. And also of you think disbanding their army was the only cause for ISIS, idk if you know what you are talking about.
Do me a favor and go look at how Camden, NJ reacted to disbanding their police force. I'll give you a hint, they used to be the Murder Capital of Amercia
