We have to go further than new rules of policing. We have to change the entire culture of policing, and that means funding less the tools of brute force & funding more the tools of soul force. We need to transform the entire paradigm: “to protect & serve.” nytimes.com/2020/06/07/nyreg…

Imagine going out to your work knowing the chances of you coming into contact with someone with a gun, willing to use it are high! Myst be scary.
No we need to get rid of the entire concept. As long as we pay people to have power over others this will never stop. #ACAB #abolishthepolice #NoJusticeNoPeace

Why is no one addressing the real culprit of a destructive criminal justice system ? The corporate interests ( telecommunications and the many companies in commissary provisions ) making billions keeping Americans imprisoned !? Profit over productivity .

When incarceration became a multi billion dollar a year business instead of an intrinsic need to protect and rehabilitate, a culture of fear , animosity, aggression and oppression was an inevitable result . Replacing intrinsic with money never works well
