Trump said today the policy is to "dominate the streets." But who does he think the streets belong to? They belong to us. Our tax dollars paid for the roads, the traffic lights, and for that matter for the police. When people peacefully protest, we're doing so on our own streets.

That not totally accurate, the streets we are allowed to use and it is a privilege as long as we abide by the laws that govern those streets. The protest is fine, but when it impedes the ability to walk peacefully, or close stores, etc then it's excessive.

You make sense. He is so mired in his own ideological rhetoric which all too often evades rationality. The outcry of reason seems like nailing jello to the wall 馃挃; however, the outcry must continue. 馃檹馃従

You will be patrolling your own neighborhood soon because there will be no police if the left get their way but I鈥檓 sure you live in a gated property typical of well off idiots like you
who are you kidding the streets belong to the violent criminals. they wont care if you're peacefully protesting. You only own the streets if youre willing to do the job the police are trying to do protecting them. you willing to risk your safety to do that?

Yes peacefully. Looters and troublemakers destroying property & people don't get to freely violate. Laws protect us so peaceful protesting is possible as it did once the violence was squelched. Why try so hard to make Trump the problem? It's the Pres job to protect
