No ending systemic racism without ending entrenched economic injustice that keeps it in place. All the "I've looked into my heart to examine my privilege" in the world isn't a substitute for political action. If you owe me money I appreciate an apology - but I also want my $ back

A genuine spiritual teacher would never try to instill victimhood in people as it is a fallen state of consciousness. At the same time he/she would never try to instill guilt in others collectively and ask to apologize for things that that had not been done.

Yes, like you say, people heal when there is deep truth telling. The U.S. needs to apologize for slavery and pay the debt that is owed.

Disagree with these systematic racism theories because poverty is not about race. The entrenched tolerance of domestic violence creating single parent households and tolerance of crimes against women and children that we justify with evil vs evil

Yes. Our bargaining power is thru the roof now. I.e. for $2 increase in min. wage and universal health care etc.
