/ One of the things that can weaken us as a generation (by generation I mean all of us who are adults now) is that we’ve gotten used to a kind of instant gratification. It can emotionally weaken us when we see things totally not working & we don’t see how to immediately fix them

/ It’s an emotional shift from “I can have what I want when I want it” to “OK, I get it, they’re going to play hardball, this is going to take some time, it’s a process, it’s going to take a lot of effort but we’re up for it - the bastards are not going to take this country.”

/ Something it’s important to remember is that every time you see an image that completely outrages you, there are millions of other people who feel the same way. We’re going to harness all that and turn it into political force. That’s what they think we can’t do - but we can.

/ Try to avoid “But we tried this and it didn’t work” or “We tried that and it didn’t work.” We’ve never been awake like we’re awake now. If each of us puts in even a fraction more effort than we put into all this before, democracy & love will win - & our ancestors will be proud

Your financial status seems to have blinded you to the realities of our country. Plutocracy must end. Equality and fairness must prevail. Perhaps the "American Phoenix" will be better...
