1/ For a while, in fact for far too long, the voices of hate have been getting louder and louder in America. The voices of love, on the other hand - of dignity, decency & commitment to democracy - have in many ways spoken too softly. And that’s what’s started to change.

2/ It’s a lesson for all of us to realize that failure to proactivity create the good leaves a vacuum in which bad things fester. It’s not just that we have to wake up to deal with what’s happening now. It’s that we have to wake up and stay awake or such things will always return

voices of hate are coming from the left. Only non whites will understand this The only people telling non whites to hate a specific group of people are white leftists The fact whites dont see this is true white privilege

Love is not the answer. Decency, responsibility, local community activism... go for it...

America has never paid for it's original sin. From slavery to the murdering of indigenous peoples and stealing their land, we have never dealt with why the was wrong and what needs to be done to address it going forward. Until then, burn it down #BlueLivesMurder

When do loud voices cross the line to violence? Ghandi was very loud indeed with totally peaceful non violent protests. It was the only means he had. Anger is so hard to manage What do you suggest people do with it

We all knew liberal Democrats would bring us to this. Number one police department employees must be held to a higher standard as do politicians. A five year additional for felony and six month house arrest without pay and loss of rank and fine for misdemeanor
