So about those mayors that we all thought were pretty socially enlightened guys. Is it that they were lying the whole time, or that they themselves are scared and are basically incapable of controlling their police forces? Trying to figure this one out.

911 call indicated he was acting irradiacally, he tested + for fentanyl, methamphetamine and THC inyet he drove to the store. Video shows knee on neck, we have no idea how much pressure was applied? I read the autopsy report no bruising on the neck or conjunctival petechiae.

I think they're terrified. The police are powerful and have connections to white supremacy groups, etc. If they want to send a message to the mayor it would be very easy for them to hurt their family or other loved ones.
