GOOD!!! This is why it’s so important that people video these things, and that we make a lot of noise when we see them. I would prefer more than a “suspension,” but at least the attention is on it now.
BREAKING: Buffalo Police Commissioner Byron Lockwood has ordered the suspension of both officers involved in viral video in Niagara Square tonight @wkbw

Firing and actions against ALL the police who walked past an unconscious , injured citizen! @BPDAlerts - get moving on this!

It's the tiniest possible negotiation they could possibly make under the circumstances. I'm all for applauding progress, but they need to come to the table in a serious way. This is the equivalent of throwing paper towels at us.

The @BPDAlerts officer who assaulted the elderly gentleman should be arrested & all those who failed to show the least compassion or refused to offer aid to the clearly injured man should be suspended (without pay, because it's about damn time that abuse not result in a vacation)

These cops need to resign out of shame.

I’m glad it’s being addressed too but the punishment is going to need to be more than paid leave.

nitter.vloup.ch/i/status/1268709… the mayor of new York, lets the riots happen but how dare you deliver food and try and make a buck.
This delivery guy thought he’s an essential worker, police seemed to disagree. The rules issued before the curfew very unclear but according to the state, restaurants, bar & food industry workers are classified as essential. #nycurfew #NYCPolice
