With all due respect, communities and capitalism should not be mixed. We have way too many greedy ppl to take advantage of it. Slavery ended (or so) for good. Let's not make means for another exploitation. My .02

Invest buy ,lowering the standards of loans too own homes and stores...give the working person with less then bad credit a chance.
