1/ A friend told me tonight we need a Truth and Reconciliation Commission. No we don’t. There has been enough talk. We do not need a forum or another commission. We need a total and complete mea culpa and a serious plan of reparations with a big enough number put on the table.

2/ Nor do we need any more politicians wringing their hands and saying we really do need to address systemic racism, without having the courage to offer an real solutions. We don’t need you to condemn police brutality; we need you to stop it.

3/ Police brutality is the tip of the iceberg. Our criminal justice system is brutal. Educational system withholding resources from the poor is brutal. Environmental policies in black neighborhoods is brutal. Brutality towards blacks is laced into the system now and it must stop.

Why don’t we ever hear about the black deaths in Chicago? Why weren’t there riots when the black man beat the elderly man in the nursing home? You’ve bought into the system’s narrative, Marianne. Step out of Hollywood and learn the truth.

Sending agents provocateur into protests to start the destruction and fan the passion is criminal targeting of poor neighborhoods and should be investigated. This could be white people organizing to destroy POC.
