When curfews are imposed and enforced by violent police, resistance to those curfews should be expected. There is no room for curfews, as they collectively limit the right to protest based on the actions of a few. That's not law and order.

Lot of politicos trying to divide & conquer by turning groups on each other. The common goal is to show people have had enough oppression every form. What I've seen: protests have turned the moment the police came in and started assaulting or gassing people. Not before that.
