Majority of policepeople are good & decent public servants. Ones I know are as politically aware of what’s going on in this country as is anyone else. Let’s include them in our prayers today. The situation is very complicated, very dangerous. Let’s pray that love & peace prevail.

I think you’re absolutely right! It would be good to see police people speaking up against this crime.

And I have a few Black friends....I see no color....blah blah blah.....sounds like lot of Karenism

No. My brother is a non-black cop of color in Hawai'i. Though he is a good husband & father, I know that he has been quiet about cop crimes. Silence = complicity. He is a bad cop.

You are sending prayers to police officers, but not the victims?! Classic closet racist behavior.

It’s nice of you to believe this, I’m not sure it’s true anymore.

I’m going to disagree. I know police people personally. But in this situation I cannot support law-enforcement. When those police people step onto the other side of that line and say we are not going to participate in this system anymore until it’s fixed. Then we’ll talk.

Then they need to stand up and speak out against a system that continues to target and kill black people. And they also need to stop covering for the "bad apples." Otherwise, their goodness and decency aren't worth much.

Don’t say it’s a few bad apples ... the ENTIRE system is BROKEN and has to be changed!! All police are militarized these days ... ALL!! Whether they are “good” or “bad” they ALL have the power to shoot and kill and get away with it!! Time to burn it down!!

"Majority of policepeople are good & decent public servants" Do you have data to back up that statement? #ADOS lived experiences are in stark contradiction. #ReparationsNOW
