Desperate people do desperate things.The geniuses who thought an ongoing pattern of execution of unarmed black men by American police could just continue forever, underestimated the power of the human spirit. No people in history has been willing to take such abuse forever.

This country has NEVER completely dealt with it's original sins of the murder and displacement of the indigenous people of North America, and the chattel slavery economic system that built this country into the economic powerhouse it is today.

Until we have that honest discussion, as well as tangible economic reparations, we will continue down this path of white supremacy and friction among the races. We whites may not want to do anything about it, but we need to. It's the only way we'll eventually heal.
