He's literally proud of the fact that this is the fastest they've ever arrested a cop before. 4 days when there was 8 minutes of video evidence of him killing this man. Dude deserves no praise.

It gets worse. They know that 3rd degree won't legally stick. The Minn Supreme Court has ruled that 3rd degree: ‘excludes a situation where the animus of a defendant is directed toward one person only.’ Hall v. State, Stiles v. State, State v. Hanson.
